First something about myself.

My name is Wheel and I started airbrushing in '96.  I've never followed any courses or a graphic education, all my skills I learned from watching other artist doing their thing. In particular a man called Harm Lutke. He was one of my most prized involuntary mentors whom I lovingly call my sensei.  Harm never wanted to teach others when I  first met him, he tollerated me however and had no problems with me watching and he even encouraged me by selling a professional airbrush to me. Under his influence I started with  free hand airbrushing, so no tape or mask-plastics. I'm still loyal to this technique and that resolves in my paintings being softer than the most other paintings. I try to stay with the spraygun and no other tools then that....
